If your sender has provided your email address, we will send you notifications at key milestones along the parcel journey.
This email will include an option for you to select “Deliver to a Collection Point”, where you can arrange delivery to a nearby Collection Point.
If you have not received an email, please contact us to organise this on your behalf.

- You may review our list of Collection Points here.
- Simply type in 'Collect my parcel from a Collection Point' into our Virtual Assistant and we will lodge your request.
