Your will see updates at key check points as your parcel moves through our network. Your parcel is still progressing even when there are no recent scans.
Some reasons why this may be:
- Parcels are generally scanned at pickup and usually won’t have any updates while on the move until the delivery depot is reached. In the case of a regional or interstate delivery it could be a few days between scanning updates, depending on the pickup and delivery locations.
- Delays in scanning updates may also occur in instances where we may be using the services of one of our onforwarding agents. This usually applies to outer or country locations.
- Other reasons include delays in delivery driven during peak periods (such as Christmas), or due to unforeseen circumstances. i.e. truck breakdown, natural disaster, etc.,

- If a parcel has no updates for over 10 business days, please Chat to us via our Virtual Agent to lodge an enquiry.
