If the tracking number has no information at all, that would usually mean either:

The tracking number entered is incorrect.
Recheck the tracking number and that the parcel has been sent via CouriersPlease. -
The tracking number is yet to be manifested or booked in by the sender.

PLEASE NOTE: A tracking number is required to track a parcel in our network. It is not possible to use information such as a name or street address to track parcels.
Hint:
- The sender may have sent you an order confirmation via email, or, one maybe available via the sender’s app. Usually, order confirmations include a tracking number.
- If your sender has provided your email address, we will send you notifications at key milestones along the parcel journey. This email will include your tracking number.
