If your sender has provided instructions to leave your parcel, it will be left securely on your premises – usually at the front door and out of sight from passersby.
If you’re unsure or wished to have your parcel left safe at your address and a delivery attempt is yet to be made, you may select the option to “Leave at the door” from our email notification.
If you did not receive a notification, a member of our customer care team will be able to help. You can connect with us via our Virtual Agent and either connect with Customer Support Team members via our messaging channel or lodge an enquiry. Alternately, you can chat with us by dialling 1300 361 000, Monday through to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm local time.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not leave a parcel if it’s unsafe to do so. Examples of unsafe locations include apartments, units, and front doors with busy street frontage.
