I ship using the EDI platform:
- You can stop and recall a parcel already in our network on EDI. Simply track the parcel, click on “edit details” at the bottom of the consignment data section. This should expand a section with options. Select “RTS – Customer Requested” from the dropdown options under “status” and click “submit”.
- When the parcel reaches the delivery courier, they will be alerted that the parcel is to be returned to the sender.
