If you're a new or once-off customer

You can send a parcel with CouriersPlease without opening an account.

Use our domestic parcel booking page to get a quote and book your shipment.

Have the following details ready:

• Pickup suburb and postcode
• Delivery suburb and postcode
• Parcel weight and dimensions
• Number of items
• Preferred pickup date

If you're an existing CouriersPlease account holder

Use your usual CouriersPlease booking platform to create and release your shipment.

When will my parcel be collected?

Once your booking is confirmed, pickups are normally completed within the next business day, provided the shipment information has been released before the scheduled collection.
