The price quoted for your shipment covers the standard pickup and delivery service based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges or surcharges may apply if the shipment details or delivery requirements change, or if the parcel falls outside our standard requirements.

Examples of when additional charges may apply include:

• The parcel exceeds our standard weight or size requirements.
• The parcel needs to be reweighed because the weight or dimensions provided were inaccurate.
• The parcel needs to be redirected or returned to sender.
• Required shipment data is missing, inaccurate or provided late.
• The delivery is to an area where an additional location surcharge applies.
• Additional handling or Dangerous Goods requirements apply.
• Fuel or other applicable surcharges apply.

For international shipments, additional customs duties, taxes or clearance charges may also apply depending on the destination and the goods being sent. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may be payable by the receiver.
