What is Parcel Protect and what does it cover?

CouriersPlease does not offer a separate insurance option. Instead, Parcel Protect provides cover for eligible parcels in the event of loss or damage, subject to the applicable terms, conditions and exclusions.

Domestic cover

Eligible domestic shipments automatically receive complimentary Parcel Protect cover of up to AUD $1,000.

The first AUD $100 of an eligible claim is not covered under the complimentary cover.

International cover

Parcel Protect is available for eligible international shipments at a premium rate of 1.0% of the covered value, including freight.

The first AUD $150 of each eligible shipment is not covered.
