No immediate contract is required to start shipping via CPDirect.

What happens if my Sendle parcel has already been picked up by CouriersPlease?
If your parcel was collected and entered the CouriersPlease network prior to Sendle’s business closure, it is securely within our care and will be delivered. Our teams are actively managing deliveries to ensure customers experience minimal disruption.

Can CouriersPlease process a refund for a Sendle parcel?
No. If your parcel was booked through a third-party agent, such as Sendle, any refund requests should be made directly with that third party. This also applies to parcels requiring Parcel Protect claims.
CouriersPlease can only investigate refunds for parcels that were booked directly with us.
