Introduction
This internal change log records admin session activity in the CouriersPlease Zendesk account for 31 August 2026. It summarises Help Center label updates, recommendation reviews, archived items, and the remaining content gaps that require action by the CSOne team.
Labels added to existing Help Center articles
Two labels were added to improve search discoverability for customers and agents:
- no tracking number
- track without number
These labels were applied to the following articles:
- Why is there no tracking information for my parcel?
- What is a consignment number and where can I find it?
Recommendations archived
Forty-three article recommendations were reviewed and archived after cross-checking against existing Help Center content. Both Create and Update recommendation types were included in the review.
The following topics were already covered by existing articles and did not require new content: parcel tracking, delayed deliveries, return to sender, proof of delivery, cancel pickup, redelivery, collection points, address correction, partial delivery, refunds, and parcel claims.
Recommendations that were purely operational or required agent handling rather than customer self-service were also archived.
Recommendations kept for action
Three Update recommendations were retained because they identify genuine content gaps in the current Help Center.
Update an article: No Activity/Manifest Only — add more detail on the Manifest Only and depot search scenario for customers.
Update an article: Redelivery — include coverage for the scenario where a booked redelivery does not arrive.
Update an article: Parcel Journey — explain what individual delivery scan events mean to customers.
Next steps
Action the three remaining Update recommendations to close the identified content gaps and improve Help Center coverage for customers and CSOne agents.
