If you have a consignment number, we can provide a proof of delivery (POD).
What the POD includes
If your parcel was left using Authority to Leave (ATL), the POD includes a photo of where the parcel was left. For deliveries requiring a signature, the POD includes a signature and first name.
How to get your POD
Your POD is included in your delivery notification email. Please allow up to 1 hour for the image to appear.
