Yes, if Authority to Leave (ATL) has been authorised and there is a safe location available at the delivery address.
If ATL applies to your parcel, the Franchise Partner will leave it in a secure location that is reasonably protected and out of public view, where possible.
How do I request Authority to Leave (ATL)?
If your parcel has not yet been delivered, you may be able to select “Leave without Signature” from your delivery notification.
If you did not receive a delivery notification or need further assistance, please contact our Support team.
When is Authority to Leave not possible?
Your parcel will not be left if the Franchise Partner determines that there is no suitable safe location.
Examples may include:
- Apartments or units where there is no secure place to leave the parcel
- Front doors with busy street frontage
- Locations where the parcel would be exposed or easily accessible to the public
If a safe location is not available, the Franchise Partner will follow the appropriate delivery process instead of leaving the parcel.
