If your sender has provided instructions for your parcel to be left safe, it will be left securely at your premises – usually at the front door and out of sight from passersby.
If you’re unsure or wished to have your parcel left safe at your address and a delivery attempt is yet to be made, you may select the option to “Leave at the door” from our email notification.
If you did not receive a notification, you can connect with us via our Virtual Assistant to lodge an enquiry.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not leave a parcel if it’s unsafe to do so. Examples of unsafe locations include apartments, units, and front doors with busy street frontage.
