What are the maximum parcel size and weight limits?

CouriersPlease parcels must meet our freight profile requirements so they can move safely through our network.

Standard freight limits
Individual items must not exceed:

• 25 kg dead weight per item
• Under 1.8 metres in length
• Cubic volume limits: <0.16m³ or <40kg
• Items between 1.05 metres and Under 1.8 metres in length may attract an additional charge.

Items per consignment

• Preferred: single item consignments

• Acceptable: 5 items or fewer
• Unacceptable: more than 5 items
