If your sender has provided your email address, we will send you notifications at key milestones along the parcel journey. This email will include an option to select an alternate date for delivery (usually within 2 business days from scheduled delivery).
However, you will not be able to select a preferred delivery time. Delivery times are determined by the courier’s route based on the day’s activities.
PLEASE NOTE: If a signature is required for a delivery and you are unavailable to receive the parcel, it will be delivered to a nearby Collection Point, or returned to the depot.
Hint:
- You will receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection at a Collection Point. This could take up to 1 business day.
- If a parcel has been returned to the depot, you will receive an email and/or a calling card with instructions to arrange a redelivery.
