We want to make your delivery as smooth as possible. You’ll see tracking updates at key points as your parcel moves through our network. It may still be in transit even if there haven’t been recent scans.
A few reasons this can happen:
- Parcels are scanned at pickup and again when they reach the delivery depot. For regional or interstate deliveries, there can be a few days between updates depending on distance.
- If one of our delivery partners is helping with your delivery (common in outer metro and regional areas), tracking updates might be delayed.
- Delays can also occur during peak periods or due to unexpected events like severe weather or network disruptions.
