In most cases, you can collect your parcel at the local depot that is nearest to your delivery address.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Depot collections may add a delay of 1-2 business days to receiving your parcel. This is because parcels cannot be intercepted while still in transit.
- You will be required to bring along a photo ID for collection.
- You have 5 business days from confirmation that the parcel is ready, to complete collection.
- To organise a depot collection simply type in 'Depot Collection' into our Virtual Assistant.
