Yes, in most cases you can arrange to collect your parcel from the depot servicing your delivery address. To find the depot servicing your area, view our depot locations before arranging your collection. 

You must arrange the collection with us before visiting the depot so we can locate your parcel and have it ready for you.

How do I arrange a depot collection?

Contact our support team to request a depot collection and have your consignment number ready.

If your parcel is already in transit, we may not always be able to intercept it for depot collection.
