Yes, in most cases you can arrange to collect your parcel from the depot servicing your delivery address. However, you must arrange the collection with us before visiting the depot.

How do I arrange a depot collection?

Contact our Support team to request a depot collection and have your consignment number ready.

If your parcel is already in transit, we may not always be able to intercept it for depot collection.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your parcel has been located and is ready for collection before visiting the depot.

What should I know before collecting?

• Allow 1–2 business days for your parcel to be located and prepared for collection.
• We’ll confirm the relevant depot details once your parcel is ready.
• Bring photo ID when collecting your parcel.
• Your parcel must be collected within 5 business days of receiving confirmation that it is ready.
