What are collection points and how do I find one near me?

CouriersPlease partners with HUBBED to provide more than 3,000 Collection Points across Australia. Many locations offer extended opening hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

If delivery to your address is unsuccessful, your parcel may be redirected to an available Collection Point, depending on the parcel and location.

Not all unsuccessful deliveries are redirected to a Collection Point. If your parcel is sent to one, you will receive a notification with the collection location and relevant details.

Choosing a Collection Point in advance

Before delivery is attempted, you may be able to select Deliver to a Collection Point from your delivery notification.

What to know about collection

• It may take up to 24 hours for your Collection Point transfer to be confirmed.
• Wait until tracking confirms that your parcel is Ready for Collection before visiting the location.
• Your collection PIN is required to collect the parcel.
• Bring current photo ID and proof of your address.
• Another person can collect the parcel on your behalf, provided they have the required collection PIN and identification.
• Parcels are generally held at the Collection Point for 7 days.
• If the parcel is not collected within this time, it may be retrieved from the Collection Point and returned to the sender.
