If delivery to your door is unsuccessful, your parcel may be sent to the nearest available collection point, depending on availability and parcel size. Not all failed deliveries are directed to a collection point. If your parcel is sent to a collection point, you will receive a notification with the location and collection details.
Choosing a collection point in advance
You can also select "Deliver to a collection point" in your delivery notification email, before a delivery is attempted.
What to know about collection
- It may take up to 24 hours to receive your collection confirmation and PIN.
- The collection point holds your parcel for 5 business days.
