If your sender has provided us with instructions for your parcel to be left at your premises and if safe to do so, the parcel will be left safe.
If the parcel had instructions to be left however our courier deemed it unsafe to leave it, the parcel would either be delivered to a nearby Collection Point, or a calling card would be left with instructions to arrange a redelivery. Unsafe locations include front doors with street frontage, apartment buildings and units.

- If your sender provided us with your email address, we will send you an email with delivery options such as instructions to leave your parcel safe.
