If the sender has allowed a safe drop-off and the location is secure, the courier will leave your parcel at your premises.
However, if the delivery requires a signature and no one is available, the parcel will either:
- Be taken to a nearby Collection Point, or
- A failed delivery notification email will be sent with instructions to arrange redelivery.
