If the tracking tool on our website indicates that your parcel has been “delivered” but you have not received it, we will need to conduct an investigation to locate your parcel.
Please make sure you have checked the following before contacting us:
- Has the item has been left in a safe place somewhere on your property?
- Has someone else hasn't accepted it on your behalf at your address?
- Confirm the address details are correct.
- Check with a neighbour or reception if you live in an apartment.
