What should I do if my parcel was delivered but my instructions were not followed?

If your parcel has been delivered in a way that does not match the instructions provided, check the proof of delivery first.

What to check
Review your delivery notification and proof of delivery to confirm:

• Where the parcel was left
• Whether a delivery photo is available
• Whether the shipment required a signature
• The delivery instructions that were provided

Please note that Authority to Leave instructions can only be followed when the courier considers the location safe.

If the delivery still does not match your instructions
Contact our support team and provide your consignment number, the instructions you provided, and details of what occurred. Include photos where relevant so we can review the delivery.
