There are two ways in which you can receive a parcel after a delivery attempt was made:
- If your parcel has been delivered to a nearby Collection Point, you will receive an SMS with instructions. Please allow up to 1 business day for your parcel to be ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE:
A redelivery to your door is not available once a parcel has been delivered to a Collection Point.
- If you have received a notification or calling card, you can book your redelivery here.
Hint:
- When you track your parcel, if a delivery attempt has already been made, a link will be available to arrange a redelivery, or, to find the details of the Collection Point your parcel was delivered to.
