We understand it's frustrating when you don't receive updates about your parcel. Normally, if we can't complete a delivery or safely leave your parcel, we'll either leave a redelivery card or send an email notification, depending on the service the sender chose.
If you haven't received either a card or a notification, please reach out to us through our Virtual Agent for assistance. Our team will investigate and help get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
