A consignment number, also known as a tracking number, is a unique reference that enables us to identify your specific parcel as it moves through our network.
You'll receive this unique reference from the sender of your parcel. It usually has up to 15 characters, made up of letters and/or numbers, and it starts with 'CP'.
Unfortunately, we can't track parcels using personal details like a name or street address. A tracking number is required.
Hint:
- Order Confirmation: Check your order confirmation email from the sender, or their app.
- Our Notifications: If your sender shared your email with us, we'll send you notifications about your parcel's journey, and these emails will always contain your tracking number.
