A consignment number, also known as a tracking number, is a unique reference that identifies your specific parcel as it moves through our network. It's usually up to 15 characters, made up of letters and/or numbers, and generally starts with "CP."
You'll receive your consignment number from the sender of your parcel. We can't track parcels using personal details like a name or street address — a consignment number is required.
