Even when Authority to Leave (ATL) or delivery instructions have been provided, a courier may be unable to leave a parcel if the location is not considered safe or if the shipment requires a signature.
Common reasons a parcel may not be left include:
- The delivery location is exposed or accessible to the public
- The address is an apartment or unit with no secure access
- The sender requires a signature
- The delivery instructions cannot be completed safely
If you believe your instructions should have been followed, contact our support team with your consignment number and the delivery instructions you provided. If a delivery attempt has already been made, you can also arrange redelivery here: https://www.couriersplease.com.au/book/redelivery
