You can book a redelivery once using our redelivery portal. After our second delivery attempt the parcel will be available for collection from our depot.
If we don’t hear from you or the parcel is not organised to be collect for a depot, your parcel will be returned to the sender after 5 business days.
Please note:
If the delivery driver deems the parcel unsafe to leave, it will be returned to our depot with the option for a redelivery or depot collection. Alternately, it will be dropped off at a nearby Collection Point for collection at your convenience. Our tracking page will have a link with information to the Collection Point.
