If the tracking information on our website or a notification advises that your parcel has been “delivered” but you haven't received it, we will need to investigate further.
Before reaching out to us, please check the following:
- Is there a secure location on your property where the parcel might have been left?
- Did someone at your address accept the parcel on your behalf?
- If you live in an apartment, please enquire with your mailroom or the building’s reception to see if it was received.
