There a few scenarios when you may have received only part of your shipment or order, these include:
- The sender has shipped some of the items separately. If all item/s on your tracking number have scanning and have been delivered, please contact your sender for further information.
- The sender is yet to release some items for delivery. If some items have no further scans after “shipping information received from shipper”, this will usually mean that we are yet to receive such items. Please contact your sender for further information.
- On occasion, a consignment of multiple items may split in transit resulting in varying delivery times.
