Collection point transfers may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed.
Before you go
Check your parcel on the CouriersPlease tracking page: https://www.couriersplease.com.au/tools-track.
Make sure the status shows "Ready for Collection" and check the collection point address in your notification.
If you have not received your PIN
You can request your PIN from Hubbed: https://hubbed.com/getpin/
If the parcel is confirmed as ready but the collection point cannot locate it
Contact our support team and provide your consignment number and the collection point details so we can investigate.
