What should I do if my parcel is not at the collection point?

If your tracking shows that your parcel is being transferred to a Collection Point, please wait until you receive confirmation that it is Ready for Collection before visiting the location.

Collection Point transfers may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed.

Before you go

Check the latest status of your parcel using our tracking page.

Make sure the status shows Ready for Collection and confirm the Collection Point location before visiting.

If you have not received your PIN

• A collection PIN is required to collect your parcel.

• If your parcel is showing as Ready for Collection but you haven't received your PIN, you can request your PIN from HUBBED.

If the parcel is ready but cannot be located

If tracking confirms that your parcel is Ready for Collection but the Collection Point cannot locate it, please contact our Support team and provide your consignment number and Collection Point details so we can investigate.
